Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing our services. By accepting our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. It is essential to read through these terms carefully. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 079497872200 to discuss, and we will be glad to assist or clarify.


  • Payment Terms: All completed works must be paid in full within 14 days of completion, unless another agreement is already in place. For regular maintenance window cleaning, please sign up for GoCardless unless you pay cash on the day. Failure to pay on time without notification will result in a £5 administration fee added to the bill. If you are expecting an invoice and haven’t received it, please check your junk folder and/or contact us.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel our services on the day or via text notification, a cancellation fee will be charged for your clean. This fee ranges from;

  1. £10 for a clean up to the value of £30
  2. £15 for a clean between £30 and £50
  3. £20 for a clean between £50-£70, and so on. This is to protect my business as I cannot replace your work on short notice.

  • Holiday Schedule: Rather than missing a clean, we will move the entire schedule by one week, and on a rare occasion, by two weeks without prior notification to customers up to four times a year. Your clean will be one to two weeks late during this time.
  • No Access to Rear of Property: If you have failed to unlock gates, etc., we will clean the accessible windows and charge the minimum charge of £15 or higher, depending on your property.
  • Cleaning in the Rain: Yes, we clean in the rain. We will only stop cleaning if the weather is severe enough that we believe your windows will not benefit from the clean.
  • Cleaning Schedule: We clean all 12 months of the year to ensure your windows remain clean all year round.
